As a company engaged in goods provision, adequate storage areas are essential to support smooth operations. Additionally, product distribution requires an efficient transportation system. Therefore, facilities that support each of these processes—from storage to distribution—are paramount in the planning of this area.
This area is planned as a mixed-use zone encompassing commercial, logistics, and public open spaces that support one another. All activities are designed to be functionally integrated and harmoniously connected with the surrounding natural environment, fostering synergy between human activities and nature.
Natural vegetation is utilized to respond to the area’s warm microclimate, providing shading and thermal comfort. Additionally, building designs optimize the use of natural energy sources, such as air circulation and daylighting, through strategically designed openings, reducing reliance on mechanical systems.
The building façade is designed to showcase material modulation that reflects orderliness and connection with the surrounding environment. The overall design language combines modular solid walls, transparent and semi-transparent materials, and perforated elements. The integration of these materials aims for spatial efficiency and responsiveness to the natural conditions, achieving a balance between function and impression.
