Cipayung House residential project is thoughtfully designed with a semi-industrial architectural approach, characterized by the use of exposed concrete finishes, clean structural lines, and a restrained material palette. The design harmonizes raw industrial aesthetics with the comfort and functionality required for modern family living with the support of Inner court garden that serves as a green oasis that brings nature into the heart of the home. This courtyard enhances natural ventilation, promotes cross-airflow, and allows abundant daylight to reach the interior spaces, creating a calm and airy living environment.

The layout of the house responds closely to the client’s specific functional requirements, emphasizing efficiency, comfort, and flexibility. The first floor accommodates the primary shared and service-oriented spaces. A covered carport is located at the front, offering direct access to the main entrance and service corridor. Upon entering, residents are welcomed into a spacious living room that connects seamlessly with the kitchen and dining area, fostering a fluid and open spatial experience. Service areas including a maid’s bedroom and bathroom, utility space, and a designated storage room are strategically placed to support daily household activities without interrupting the main flow of the residence.

The second floor functions as a private and semi-private zone, offering spaces for both rest and productivity. A flexible living and working area is positioned centrally, providing a communal environment that supports family interactions and remote work. The layout includes two children’s bedrooms and a shared children’s bathroom, designed to be practical and adaptable as the family grows. The master bedroom suite comprising a generously sized bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, and adequate wardrobe space is positioned for privacy and comfort. Additionally, a designated laundry and drying area is located with easy access to natural sunlight and airflow, ensuring household chores are conveniently managed.
