This architectural project presents a 4-storey parking facility designed to accommodate modern urban needs while promoting sustainable and aesthetic values through its materiality and spatial composition. The structure integrates functional parking solutions with a curated architectural identity, combining concrete, wood, perforated facade, and vertical greenery to form a cohesive and visually appealing urban element.

The primary material used in the construction is polished concrete, chosen for its durability, low maintenance, and clean, modern appearance. This robust material provides a solid base for the overall structure while enhancing the architectural expression through its refined surface finish. Complementing the concrete, natural wood elements are integrated strategically throughout the façade and common areas, introducing warmth and a tactile contrast to the building’s otherwise industrial tone.

To support natural ventilation and light while ensuring security and visibility, perforated metal fencing appeared as a secondary skin on the building’s elevations. This element contributes to both functional and aesthetic goals, reducing heat buildup within the parking levels and providing a dynamic, semi-transparent visual texture that shifts with light and shadow throughout the day.

The top of the building there is cafeteria space that comprises both indoor and semi-outdoor seating areas. Positioned adjacent to the uppermost parking zone, the cafeteria serves as a welcoming retreat for visitors and staff, offering elevated views and a unique leisure experience. This space is designed with lightweight structures and open-plan configurations, allowing it to blend harmoniously with the surrounding skyline while providing comfort and accessibility.
