Bekasi House is a one-storey residential house project designed with a strong emphasis on creating a harmonious connection between indoor living spaces and outdoor garden areas. The design seeks to enhance the daily living experience through spatial fluidity, natural lighting, and seamless visual transitions. The integration of landscape and architecture is central to the concept, allowing the garden to function as an extension of the indoor environment.

The house features a dedicated carport that provides convenient access to the main entrance. The living room is positioned to serve as the heart of the home, offering direct views and access to the outdoor garden, fostering a constant dialogue with nature. Adjacent to the living area is the open-plan kitchen, designed for both efficiency and social interaction, with natural ventilation and connectivity to the outdoor setting enhancing the culinary experience.

A working space area is strategically placed to provide a quiet, functional zone that benefits from natural light and a calming garden view, supporting productivity and well-being. The private wing of the house includes a master bedroom suite that is thoughtfully integrated with a private bathroom and walk-in closet, offering comfort and privacy. Additionally, the layout includes two children’s bedrooms, designed to ensure both privacy and interaction, and a shared bathroom that is easily accessible from the communal areas.

Service areas are discreetly placed to maintain the aesthetic and functional integrity of the main spaces, ensuring efficient household operations. The overall layout of the house prioritizes openness and circulation, with large openings and transitional zones that blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor. The garden is not merely a backdrop, but an active component of daily life, reinforcing the concept of living in close connection with nature.
