This development is situated along the Air Manis Beach in Padang and is conceived as a mixed-use coastal destination, combining commercial spaces with lodging facilities that offer panoramic sea views. The site is enveloped by preserved greenery, fostering a lush and tranquil environment.

The project integrates a three-story hotel with a rooftop level and a vibrant beach club, designed to offer a seamless blend of leisure, hospitality, and celebration. The hotel features a range of amenities, including a children’s swimming pool, playground, meeting room, café, yoga/meditation area, and a welcoming plaza. Guest accommodations consist of deluxe and suite room types, each oriented to maximize sea views while ensuring privacy and thermal comfort. The lobby and lounge are centrally positioned to mediate between various functional areas, with a dedicated entrance to distinguish the hotel zone from the public commercial realms.

The hotel’s rooftop functions as an elevated communal space, offering views of the coastline and surrounding hills. It may also accommodate yoga sessions, lounge areas, or small events, contributing to the project’s lifestyle offerings.

Adjacent to the hotel, the beach club is envisioned as a semi-open pavilion that embraces the coastal microclimate. It includes a two-level restaurant/café with both indoor and outdoor seating, public and private swimming pools, and a VIP/private dining area. The upper floor serves as a rooftop deck equipped with several structures that can be used as wedding platforms, providing a scenic backdrop of the ocean. The use of pergolas and open orientations promotes natural ventilation and diffused daylight throughout the spaces.

The building volumes employ a minimalist geometrical language, composed of cubes and rectangular prisms, to simplify form-making and construction efficiency. The primary façade maintains a restrained aesthetic, utilizing consistent materials and strategically placed openings where sea views are paramount. Interstitial spaces between volumes are activated as public open areas, including landscaped courtyards and thematic plazas.

Between the beach club and hotel lies an open plaza featuring an amphitheater. This space is designed to host cultural events and performances, with convenient access from both facilities. The amphitheater’s stepped seating faces the main stage and provides tiered benches to ensure audience comfort.
