Hei Studio was founded in 2023 by Wenie Martin, an architect, educator, and spatial thinker. With a belief that architecture must nurture empathy, Hei Studio emerges as a creative platform rooted in intention, connection, and quiet resilience. Operating from Jakarta, the studio positions itself not merely as a design house, but as a thinking–doing collective, joining research, collaboration, and praxis. Inspired by the idea that architecture should respond to the lived experience of its inhabitants, Hei Studio works at the intersection between human scale, ecological awareness, and spatial poetics.
